BOY! BOY! BOY! BOY!
We went to the ultra sound this morning. Everything looks great. He was very active but face down. So, I was afraid at first that we may not get to see his little parts. The U/S tech was great though and she found the "twig and berries."
Shay and her friend stayed at home since Shay is still not feeling well. PJ and I took Abbie with us. Let's just say that she is nearly 2 years old and she's letting everyone know it. Before we even got into the room she was running laps around the waiting room, up and down the hall, throwing magazines - ya, crazy kid! Then when I had to go to the restroom she screamed for me the whole time. Through the whole U/S she was crazy. Finally a nurse came in and offered to take her for us. She was great with the nurse - an angel even...what the heck?
It was nice once we could relax and see the baby move all around. He was sucking his thumb (the left thumb, just like Abbie) and waving. The tech said that he looked great and so did the nurse practitioner. She looked at his measurments and commented that he's perfectly symetrical. She said that's it's rare to see such symetry (his head, his belly, etc.) I don't know what that means exactly, but it sounded nice.

So glad your having a boy!! Best wishes for the whole family ...Sorry, that Sha was sick. It sucks when you visit and your sick...We have been having a lot of bad thundershowers...YOur Mom probably told you about them...I have only been in the pool once so far this summer and that was at Pat Quinns house last week.
Well, take care and will write soon... Love ya, Anita
