Our last Welcome home to Daddy!

So, Daddy came home from Key West yesterday. It will be the last time in a long while that we have to be without him for days. We made this move just in time too. This last time that he was away was the hardest for Abbie. She has been saying for days "No Daddy - Keys". She has the Goodnight Florida Keys book so she says Keys and knows that's where daddy went to. She thinks he was swimming with the fishys because that book is full of fish.

When I knew that he was almost home I told her to look for Daddy out the window. She got so excited! We went from window to door and then she decided that she wanted go outside to wait. She brought the monkey

leash to me and pionted to her back. We put on the monkey and walked up and down the side walk til Daddy got home. She knew his car right away and went running down the sidewalk for him.

As soon as he got inside she grabbed all her favorite "Daddy" toys and made him play with her. She wanted him to sit on the couch and watch tv and she made him sit at the table while she ate dinner. She wouldn't let hime out of her sight! We had to say goodnight to Daddy 3 times last night. She is a Daddys girl for sure.
